Herbert Krutina

Herbert Krutina is a senior construction executive with almost four decades of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Herbert has spent more than 30 years with STRABAG leading large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering and building construction businesses, as well as strategic mergers, acquisitions and organisational transformation initiatives.

Based in Brisbane, Herbert plays a key role in the integration of Georgiou Group into STRABAG, working closely with leaders across both organisations to bring together the strengths, expertise and opportunities of each business. His extensive experience leading acquisitions, business restructures and cross-border integration programs supports a smooth transition while preserving the values, relationships and capabilities that have made both companies successful.

Throughout his career, Herbert has successfully led the integration of international business units, mergers of major construction divisions and acquisitions across multiple markets. He has overseen businesses generating more than €1.5 billion in annual turnover and employing thousands of people, bringing deep expertise in strategic growth, organisational change and operational excellence.
