Scott Morris has more than 29 years' experience as a finance professional across a range of industries. He leads Georgiou's finance, ICT and strategic planning functions, providing critical financial and business information to support operational performance and sustainable growth. Scott joined Georgiou in 2004 and plays a key role in business planning, governance, budgeting and forecasting activities across the organisation.

In 2025 Scott joined STRABAG following the Georgiou Group acquisition and is Finance and Commercial Director – STRABAG Australia Pty Ltd, working alongside Gary Georgiou as part of STRABAG’s four-eyes management structure. This model brings two leaders together to provide clear oversight, shared accountability and balanced decision-making. Scott also continues as CFO of Georgiou Group and as a member of the STRABAG Australia Board, ensuring continuity across both Georgiou Group and STRABAG Australia.
